The panel on the right is a printed record of a section of the film drawn from. The drawing on the left records selected elements of the film as it is projected directly onto the canvas; all marks on the canvas record elements that appear in the film. Each of the film drawings focuses on different aspects of the film viewed. The film drawing series continues a long interest in perception and memory. A new film study is added yearly.
